Food Service Update

Please see the attached flyer for updates on the free lunch service being provided to all children under 18 years old.  Beginning Monday, March 30th, lunches will be served between 11:00 - 12:00, to coincide with the student lunch break schedule.

SC Budget Workshop - Rescheduled

The School Committee Budget Workshop has been rescheduled for 4 pm on Tuesday, January 7th, at the Burrillville School Department Administration Building.

SC Budget Workshop - Cancelled

The School Committee Budget Workshop scheduled for 4 pm this afternoon has been cancelled.  A make-up date will be announced when it has been chosen.

Due to the impending snow and expected icy conditions throughout the day, Burrillville Schools is cancelled today, Tuesday, December 17th.

2-Hour Delay - 2019.12.03

Due to the inclement weather, Burrillville Schools will be delayed two hours today Tuesday, December 3rd. There will be no AM Pre-Kindergarten.

School Committee Meeting - Moved to2019.06.13

The June School Committee Meeting has been moved from Tuesday, June 11th to Thursday, June 13th.

BHS & BMS Lockdown - 2019.04.26

Good Morning,

This morning at approximately 7:55AM, Burrillville High School and Burrillville Middle School were placed in lockdown due to a piece of live ammunition (.45 caliber bullet) being found on a bus.  Burrillville Police responded to both schools to conduct an investigation that involved interviewing each student that was on the bus.

The lockdown concluded at approximately 10:20AM after Burrillville Police Department concluded their investigation and normal school operations will continue for the rest of the day.  Please see the detailed letter from Superintendent Dr. Michael Sollitto.
